ABOUT ME
BIO
Thomas Gellert studied Media Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences Gießen-Friedberg, where he specialized in digital cinema cameras and wrote his thesis on the first digital cinema camera, the RED ONE.
Since 2013, he has been working as a freelance Directing DP. With over 100 productions in 14 countries across two continents, he has won several international film awards and reached over 200 million viewers on YouTube.
He has also been collaborating successfully with Artlist.io since 2018 and is now among the top 3 filmmakers on the platform worldwide.
In addition, since 2021, he has been dedicated to supporting emerging musical talents. On his YouTube channel “Gold & Beton,” he provides a platform for these artists and showcases their performances through professional music videos. The channel has now surpassed 1 million views.
